United Technologies (UTC) is being sued by Chromalloy Gas Turbine for alleged infringement by UTC's Pratt & Whitney division of patents covering production of cooling holes in aero-engine turbine blades. San Antonio, Texas-base4d Chromalloy's action seeks an order blocking further alleged infringement, as well as unspecified damages.
