CMC Electronics (Hall 4, C19A) is to supply 100 of its CMA-2200 intermediate gain satellite communications (Satcom) antenna systems to Honeywell for the latter's Aero-I system.
The CMA-2200 is an intermediate gain, electronically steerable, phased array antenna that fully supports Inmarsat Aero-I satellite communications services. It provides hemispherical coverage in a small, low-weight package with virtually no multipath interference.
CMC has now captured more than 75% of all Aero-H/H+ airline installations.
