Montreal's Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group has added operator Air Atlantic to its portfolio.
Based in Newfoundland, Air Atlantic operated a regional airline until October last year. Since then it has begun specialising in maintenance, service, parts supply and aircraft leasing.
At present it has third-party maintenance contracts for several US, European and Canadian airlines.
Innotech-Execaire executive vice-president and COO Dave Miller said: "It is a very good complement to our existing business.
"We are known worldwide for our expertise in business aviation. Now, we have similar capability in regional airlines.
"Our competitive rates and east coast location will be attractive to airlines both in North America and Europe," he adds.
Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group is exhibiting at stand B15 in hall 5.
