COMSAT
Thomas Collins has been promoted to vice-president and general manager of COMSAT Mobile Communications, of Bethesda, Maryland. Formerly vice-president of finance and planning for COMSAT International Communications, he replaces Christopher Leber, who becomes vice-president and general manager of the newly created Personal Communications division.
