Since booking for British Airways' Aerospatiale/British Aerospace Concorde services reopened on 16 October, BA says it has sold 7,500 seats on the aircraft's commercial flights, which restart on 9 November. Sales total more than £20 million ($29 million), according to the carrier. Meanwhile, UK Prime Minister Tony Blair has chartered a Concorde to Washington DC on 7 November to visit President George Bush, the same day that BA relaunches its Concorde London-New York services with a VIP trip.
