Connection closes
GP Express, the Continental Connection carrier which had hubs in Denver and Greensboro, has now ceased operations following its Chapter 11 bankruptcy-protection filing earlier this year. The regional, which began codesharing operations with Continental Airlines in 1994, operated a fleet of Beech 99s and 1900s.
