British Airways Avionic Engineering (BAAE) is celebrating after its parent company renewed a major maintenance contract. The contract was awarded after BA undertook a full market test to ensure it was getting value for money.
Mike Underwood, BA's general manager aircraft and maintenance purchasing, says: "BA demands world-class support from all of its suppliers, and BAAE is no exception. We expect them to continually improve and we will always review the market place to ensure that suppliers remain competitive."
