The Royal Danish Air Force has awarded Raytheon Systems in the UK a contract for three Condor monopulse secondary surveillance radars. Northrop Grumman has received a US Navy contract, potentially worth $18 million, to provide structural spares for the F/A-18 on demand, at predetermined prices and lead times. Raytheon has received contracts totalling $667 million for APG-73 radars for the Boeing F/A-18E/F and radar upgrade kits for US Navy, Marine Corps and Royal Australian Air Force F/A-18s. Cubic Defense Systems has won a $3 million contract to expand the US Air National Guard's Alpena, Michigan, training centre. The expansion will allow rangeless training to be undertaken with Fairchild A-10s. Cubic will deliver extra training pods, expanding the number of aircraft that can be tracked simultaneously.
