Inflight e-mail and internet services provider Inflight online has received orders to install its communication and entertainment services on two corporate jets. The services, which allow passengers to send and receive e-mails in-flight and access selected internet pages stored on an aircraft server, will be installed on a corporate Boeing 757 and a Bombardier Challenger over the next month, says Inflightonline. The Seattle-based company originally targeted the airline market with its services. A slower than expected take-up by airlines, however, has resulted in it now offering the services to the business aviation market, which has traditionally been an early adopter of new communication and entertainment technology.
