Northrop Grumman has named Ralph D Crosby Jr as corporate vice-president and general manager of the company's Commercial Aircraft Division, replacing Gordon L Williams, who will begin a special assignment for the corporation until his retirement at the end of the year. Crosby joined the company in 1981 and held a number of key positions.
