After a week of intensive negotiations, the long-running dispute between Crossair and its pilots has been resolved. A new five-year collective labour agreement will see pilot working conditions and pay move into line with what the airline terms "market conditions". Crossair boss Moritz Suter has also agreed to enter talks with other employee unions with a view to improving working conditions.
