COMPUTER SCIENCES Corporation (CSC) provides clients with a range of information-technology services. These cover systems development and integration; business re-engineering and management consultancy; and systems operations and outsourcing.
The company has been quietly operating behind the scenes, supporting the international aerospace industry, for nearly four decades. Current clients include the US Department of Defense, NASA, British Aerospace, General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin and Hughes Electronics.
Since being established in 1959, CSC has grown into a global business, with 40,000 staff around the world and sales of $5 billion. The group is based in El Segundo, California, but has built a strong European presence from a base in Farnborough, UK.
