Cyclone Manufacturing (Hall 4, C20A) is to supply machined components and assemblies for the fuselages of Bombardier's Challenger 300. First deliveries will be made toward the end of the year.

This announcement at the show yesterday follows the signing of an MoU worth approximately $5 million with Taiwan's Aerospace Industrial Development Corporation (AIDC).

Cyclone is a Canadian company that specialises in custom-made precision components and structural assemblies for the aerospace, nuclear and commercial industries.

In a separate announcement, Cyclone said it would invest up to $9 million over three years in additional manufacturing facilities at its base in Toronto, together with new specialist machinery to service current and future business opportunities.
