Prague-based Czech Aerospace has been appointed to sell Cessna Citation business jets in the Czech and Slovak Republics. Cessna believes that there is a significant market in the Czech Republic, where the economy is growing and most firms are now in private hands. There is now only one Citation III operational in the Republic.

Turkish business jet charter company Air Sapphire has been heavily fined by the US government for flying a Gulfstream GIV to Russia without authorisation.
The Federal Aviation Administration has ordered inspections of the Gulfstream G500 and G600 fleet in response to a “quality escape” involving improperly installed engine-mounting hardware.
