JOBair's (Stand E669) refurbishment of Saab 340A aircraft has begun with the first four being sent to Ostrava, Czech Republic.
Many of the aircraft have previously been in airline service in North America and once refurbished will be sold in emerging markets such as Africa and the Caribbean.
"Our refurbishment programme goes beyond just repainting the aircraft," says Thomas Heath, vice-president, business development. "We ensure everything is replaced and are able to work with leasing agents to market a good quality product at reasonable prices to these new markets."
Thomas hopes that exhibiting at Dubai will gain JOBair valuable new business. "We have some customers in the area that we hope to catch up with during the show," he says. "
