Dan Air unfair

More than 200 pilots made redundant by British Airways after the takeover of Dan Air at the end of 1992 were dismissed unfairly, a UK industrial tribunal ruled. Future hearings will decide whether to order BA to reinstate the pilots or pay compensation.
