Under pressure from the scientific community, NASA has reinstated the Dawn mission, to be launched in 2007 to rendezvous with the asteroids Vesta and Ceres in 2011 and 2015 respectively. The mission was cancelled in March after its cost had risen from $373 million to $446 million.
