Dee Howard is to perform B checks and AD/Service Bulletin work, on Boeing 747-100s for Californian operator Polar Air Cargo. The San Antonio, Texas, company has not undertaken 747 work for some time and the Polar Air deal takes it back into an already highly competitive market.
