Delta AirElite has added a Dassault Falcon 7X business jet to its fleet, becoming the first US charter company to operate the type. The managed aircraft is based in the Rocky Mountain region. The Delta Air Lines subsidiary says its continuing to "strategically expand its fleet through aircraft management agreements" and recently added to its inventory a second Gulfstream G550, a fourth Bombardier Learjet 45 and a Cessna Citation CJ2+.

The Federal Aviation Administration has ordered inspections of the Gulfstream G500 and G600 fleet in response to a “quality escape” involving improperly installed engine-mounting hardware.
