Moving to reduce its reliance on Comair as a Delta Connection, Delta Air Lines enlisted independent Chautauqua to its network and assigned it most of Comair's 84 daily Florida flights. By then Comair will hub only at Cincinnati, not Orlando, using 37-seat regional jets instead of the 50-seaters Comair uses, while it will also lower costs. Chautauqua, which plans to become Republic under a pending initial public offering, will feed four majors.
