Delta Air Lines, of Atlanta, Georgia, has appointed Bill Crumbley managing director of the Delta Shuttle. He was most recently director for international reservation sales and services. Crumbley, who will be take responsibility for Delta Shuttle operations in New York, Boston and Washington DC, replaces Hiram Cox, who has been promoted to corporate controller.
