DF Helicopters is to develop an urban surveillance version of its DF334 two-seat light helicopter.
The Genoa-based company has received Italian very light rotorcraft certification for the 334 GP, which has been re-designed to accommodate a 104hp (77kW) Rotax 914 turbo engine, and is to embark on several demonstration flights with European police forces.
