Hindustan Aeronautics and Israel Aircraft Industries (IAI) have signed agreements to enhance and jointly market the Indian company's Dhruv Advanced Light Helicopter. Initialled in New Delhi on 4 February, the deals will see IAI supply a full avionics suite for the aircraft, which will be marketed largely in South America and the Far East. IAI could also supply avionics equipment for the 300 Dhruvs planned for service with the Indian armed forces.
