Diamond Aircraft has delayed the opening of its factory in Binzhou, China until at least the end of the year. The Austrian manufacturer unveiled plans last April to open in August 2005 a Chinese factory with an undisclosed local partner. But the project has since been plagued by delays and Diamond now says production in Binzhou will start in late 2006.
