Aspen Avionics has begun deliveries of its non-certificated AT300 hazard awareness display that provides a moving map with terrain database in a direct replacement for a traditional 76mm (3in) vertical speed indicator. New Mexico-based Aspen plans to certificate the display by the third quarter.
