Palomar Products is demonstrating HighBright Sunlight Readable Displays, developed to provide easily readable images in high ambient light operating conditions for air traffic control towers. The Californian firm, a management-buy-out from Hughes aircraft, is making its debut at Farnborough and can be found in Hall 2/A27. The display, still under development, is said to provide enough light to see full colours in direct sunlight, reducing errors and improving throughput.
