Jeppesen Academy has introduced a distance learning system (DLS) for corporate flight crews that allows recurrent training to be conducted on a pilot's own PC. Launch customer TAG Aviation says the CD-ROM-based FliteCrew DLS has cut 36h a year from classroom training for each pilot. Additional training modules will become available this year.
