Dragonair has appointed Stanley Hui as chief executive from 1 February, 1997. He is now seconded by Cathay Pacific Airways to Air Hong Kong as its chief operating officer. Hui replaces Philip Chen, who will return to Cathay to replace Simon Heale as deputy managing director from March 1997. Heale will become finance director of Swire Pacific.
