Algernon Yau has become general manager planning and international affairs at Hong Kong regional carrier Dragonair, replacing Augustus Tang, who returns to Dragonair's major shareholder, national carrier Cathay Pacific Airways. Ronnie Choi has been named general manager for customer services, a position which was formerly held by Yau. Choi, who joined Jardine Airways in 1968, has been at Cathay since 1978. He was most recently general manager of Dragonair's wholly owned Hong Kong International Airport Services.
