The US Federal Aviation Administration accepted the first Lockheed Martin display-replacement system (DSR) at the Seattle Air Route Traffic Control Centre in January. The Seattle system is the first of 20 DSRs to be installed under an $898 million contract awarded in 1995 and is scheduled to become operational in October.
