Emirates is adding to its huge twin-aisle orders at the Dubai air show with a deal for 50 more Airbus A380s.
“It’s a great aircraft in terms of noise and fuel efficiency per seat,” said Emirates chairman Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum.
Emirates already has 90 A380s on order, all powered by Engine Alliance GP7200s. With the additional order the carrier has 101 yet to be delivered.
