GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS) is to open a new regional office in Dubai, UAE. The office is expected to be operational by September enabling GECAS to be closer to its customers in the Middle East, Africa and CIS. They include Aeroflot, Emirates, Gulf Air and South African Airways. The office will be headed by Ray Sisson, senior vice-president and region manager.
