Dan Buzz has been promoted to design-centre manager for fixed-base operator Duncan Aviation, of Lincoln, Nebraska. He was formerly a technician with JET Electronics and Technology in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and, before that, was an avionics technician with Hughes Aviation in Las Vegas, Nevada. Craig Kingery is named systems designer. With Duncan for 14 years, Kingery was most recently modification coordinator.
