Amsterdam/Schiphol airport is to introduce charges for narrow-bodied Stage 2 aircraft from the end of October. The airport wishes to cut the 18 per cent share of Stage 2 aircraft in its traffic mix to 8 per cent by 1997. Levies will range from $130-195 per landing during the day and up to $293 at night.
