Fokker Services recently told our air transport guru Monty Orangeball that the current low market values provide good opportunities for "start-ups".
"Aaah good," says Monty, "so signs of a recovery in other words."
"Well, inshidently no. You see the shaky financial status of these carriers also mean there are just as many 'start-downs'."
