AIRCHARTERexchange.com, which will allow customers to access a central data base on charter aircraft availability, launches in October. The portal will be built and operated by Equant. Overhaul sites operated by Air New Zealand/Ansett Australia are to benefit from new logistics support centres providing online links between Air New Zealand Engineering Services' inventory management system, data from BAX Global and GE Engine Services. Illinois-based AAR Distribution has launched the general aviation element of its aircraft parts website.
