The US Department of Defense has appointed a US Air Force liaison team to ensure that E Prime Aerospace of Titusville, Florida complies with the START 1 and 2 treaties in the production and eventual launch of its proposed Eagle series of satellite launchers based on the Peacekeeper missile. The company is now free to continue with interim financing arrangements and manufacture of the low-cost boosters.
