Flight International online news 08:00 GMT:EADS North America and Northrop Grumman have sold their Lake Charles, Louisiana-based Aeroframe Services partnership to Linden Memphis Tennessee
Aeroframe Services’ 500,000sq ft (46,500sq m) Chennault airport facility provides maintenance, repair and overhaul for narrow and widebody aircraft.
Services also include cabin refurbishments, cabin conversions, and paint and strip services.
Linden Street Capital manufactures and repairs replacement aircraft parts and provides on-wing support.
EADS confirmed the sale through a release, while Northrop said its non-majority interest in Aeroframe Services was sold to EADS before the final sale to Linden Street Capital last week.
Linden Street Capital could not be reached for comment and no financial details have been disclosed.
