European operators of the PW610F-powered Eclipse 500 very light jet will now be able to use Pratt & Whitney Canada’s Eagle Service Plan to meet their engine maintenance needs.
The Eagle programme offers four levels of coverage – from Silver Lite to Gold. The Silver Lite plan offers complete coverage, including scheduled engine overhauls, hot-section inspections, and basic unscheduled engine and accessory maintenance, while operators opting for the top-of-the-range Gold plan have their coverage expanded to include life-cycle-limited parts, removal and installation labour and freight for engines and engine parts, among other benefits.
European operators enrolling in the Eagle programme before 200h total time are eligible to receive a 10% discount on the hourly rate for the first 1,000h of operation.
Operators in the USA and Canada are eligible for the airframer’s Eclipse JetComplete programme.
