The Eagle medium-altitude long-endurance unmanned air vehicle is set to become the first aircraft of its type to fly at a major air show during the Asian Aerospace exhibition. Promoted by EADS and Israel Aircraft Industries' Malat division, the design is a development of the Israeli company's in-service Heron UAV. The fully autonomous design can operate at altitudes up to 30,000ft (9,150m), and has a mission endurance of over 24h.
