A raft of safety equipment and lifejackets are on show courtesy of Eastern Aero Machines (Hall 4 stand B3).

"This is our first display at Paris. We supply a lot of life preservers to the U.S. and although we've been supplying Air France for over 15 years now we're hoping to create some more partnership here in Europe," said chief engineer, Martin Schwartz.

"We have a range of life rafts which can accommodate between four to 14 persons and a large amount of life preservers as well."

Eastern Aero Marines life rafts boast a range of new features such as a faster deployment time - the rafts inflate in less than ten seconds - and a lighter maintenance regime than most of its competitors.

The life rafts require servicing only once every three years - most require an annual check - making a huge cost saving over the life of the equipment.

VIP Deluxe versions include features such as survival kits, forward and aft loading and a cylinder inflation valve using puncture disc technology for long term leak resistance.

Life preservers on display include the UXF-35 single cell type - the lightest Adult/child TSO approved life preserver on the market.
