UK budget carrier EasyJet is planning to open 70 new routes this year, and has identified 21 new services to be introduced between April and July.

It will start eight services from the UK. Four will be from London Stansted - to Bodrum, Dubrovnik, Dalaman and Split - plus three from Bristol: Bodrum, Dalaman and Heraklion. EasyJet will also serve the Liverpool-Bodrum route.

EasyJet will operate from Geneva to Faro, Brindisi and Heraklion, and from Paris Charles de Gaulle to Palma, Split, Prague, Malaga and Toulouse. It will also fly Paris Orly-Venice.

Two Rome Fiumicino services will operate to Malta and Nice, with Amsterdam-Prague and Milan Malpensa-Mahon completing the set.

EasyJet's network extends to 113 airports and a total of 503 routes.
