Airbus has boosted its support offering for corporate jet clients with the launch of a dedicated customer-care team, coupled with enhanced maintenance capabilities, at its in-house completions centre.

Branded C4you, the new customer-care centre promises "dedicated access to an experienced team" for operators, giving them a single point of contact for technical advice on both the airframe and cabin package.

A team of four, with more than 120 years of experience between them, will be based in Toulouse, with additional field service representatives located in Asia and the Middle East.

"The aim is to help customers and operators get the best out of their Airbus aircraft by helping them fly efficiently as well as safely, whatever their operation and wherever they fly," says Airbus.

Meanwhile, Airbus Corporate Jet Centre (ACJC), the airframer's dedicated completions business, has been awarded two new maintenance approvals.

Firstly, EASA has named the company as a Continuous Airworthiness Management Organisation, allowing it to offer maintenance, repair and overhaul services on ACJ320-family jets alongside cabin outfitting.

And Russia's State Centre of Aviation Flight Safety has awarded ACJC Part 145 maintenance organisation approval, enabling it to perform light and heavy maintenance tasks on Russian-registered Airbus types.
