Signature Flight Support has expanded its TailWins pilot loyalty programme to cover all of its locations in Europe and Africa.
Launched at the US National Business Aviation Association's Schedulers and Dispatchers conference in January, TailWins allows pilots using Signature's fuel and handling network to collect points that are redeemable against a range of goods and services, or "unique travel experiences". Customers also have the option to donate their points to charity.
The TailWins programme now covers all of Signature's locations in Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, St Maarten, South Africa, the United Kingdom and the USA. In addition, customers that use Signature TechnicAir and CSE Citation Centre for their maintenance, repair and overhaul needs will also earn Signature's UK operation has also created a dedicated customer support team to handle the expected influx of private aircraft during the 2012 London Olympic Games.
"Our goal during the games is to offer a one-stop shop for all of our customers' flight support needs. Our 24-hour hotline will assist customers from pre-arrival to departure, as well as on-ground transportation and accommodations," says Joe Gibney, managing director for Signature's EMEA operations.
Meanwhile, the company has created a dedicated sales team of four staff for the EMEA region. The team coordinates customer requests with all of Signature's global locations.
