The first EH101 for the Japanese Maritime Self Defence Force has been shipped from AgustaWestland’s Yeovil factory. The aircraft, the first of 14 to be used in the airborne anti-mine countermeasures and Antarctic survey roles, will be fitted out by Kawasaki Heavy Industries.
