Elbit Systems of Israel has completed the purchase of shares in Elisra Electronic Systems held by Koor Industries for $68.8 million. Elbit Systems now owns 70% of the Elisra group, which includes Elisra, Tadiran Systems and Tadiran Spectralink. Elbit Systems has also purchased Koor’s 13% stake in Tadiran Communications for $59.3 million, taking its holding to 39%.
