Elite Helicopters has bought Stephenson Aviation's UK helicopter operations at Goodwood Airfield in West Sussex. The buy includes the helicopter training facility and charter operations, which it is planning to expand. Elite's fleet includes four Bell JetRanger helicopters, while a Long Ranger will be added to the fleet "within the next few weeks".
