Embraer delivered 18 commercial jets in the first quarter, during which it also marked progress in its E-Jet E2 programme.
The Brazilian manufacturer's commercial deliveries were split between 16 E175s and two E195s.
During the quarter, Embraer performed the first flight of the E195-E2. Brazil's Azul will be the first operator to take delivery of the aircraft.
Embraer also announced that Widerøe will be launch operator of the E190-E2, which will be delivered in the first half of 2018.
In the first quarter, Embraer delivered 15 executive jets comprising 11 light aircraft and four large jets.
The airframer ended the quarter with a firm order backlog of $19.2 billion.
