The Mexican air force has taken delivery of the first of two EMB-145RS remote sensing and maritime patrol aircraft from Brazil's Embraer, according to local sources. The service's second aircraft is also undergoing acceptance trials ahead of its handover later this year. Mexico has also ordered one EMB-145 modified for airborne early warning and control.
