EMBRAER IS FLIGHT-TESTING THREE EMB-145 regional jets and plans to fly a fourth aircraft by 31 March. The Brazilian manufacturer is aiming for certification by late October/early November and for first deliveries to airlines in Australia and France by the end of 1996. The 50-seat aircraft had its international debut at the FIDAE '96 show in Chile in March and will embark on a US demonstration tour after the Regional Airlines Association meeting in May.
